Each badge reminds me of an event – a birthday, a class I taught etc. The hat was in my luggage when we travelled overland to Istanbul, so it reminds me of the place in Greece where I wore it on a sunny day in the mountains. I know I won’t use any of them again, and a photograph would be an adequate reminder. Jan
