I stole this item from an art installation at an art gallery in Manchester. It was a rash act that was a kind of cry for help, I suppose. I’m sorry to the artist whose work it was but I thought they’d understand.

To give up this possession is cathartic to me, as I’m giving back to art an item that I stole from art, and confessing my crime.
