These boots remind me of hundreds of climbs in wild places. Some vague, some vivid memories of a surprisingly short but eventful period in my life. Outdoor gear has to be fit for purpose. These boots are beyond their useful life and have been replaced, but I have photographs of me wearing them! Bill
